Career Opportunities

Why Us?

Midwest CPA is not your typical CPA firm. We specialize in helping acquisition entrepreneurs diligence, buy, and grow their small business.

Here are some of the benefits of working for us:

Fully Remote.

Midwest CPA is a remote firm as it allows us to serve clients throughout the country. It also allows us to recruit talented professionals from throughout the country as well.

Exciting Clients.

We don’t work with typical clients. We have an exciting entrepreneurial group of clients who rely on us and our expertise to achieve their business goals.

Family First.

Public accounting has gotten a bad wrap for working it’s employees too hard and for too long. At Midwest CPA we understand that you have a life outside of work and respect that your relationships with your friends and family are most important.

Incentive based pay.

If you work harder and get more done shouldn’t you be rewarded for that? We think so. This is why all of our employees have the option to move towards incentive based pay after 90 days of employment.
