“I hired Midwest CPA to complete a Quality of Earnings report and I’m very glad I did. Chris came highly recommended from the Searchfunder community, and I quickly understood why. The work was institutional grade and incredibly thorough. They covered proof of cash, reconciliations, add backs, the net working capital peg, and more! Very detail and the charts were helpful as well. One in particular chart broke down what portions of the P&L were driving EBITDA margin changes year over year (..from cost cutting or sales growth?). Chris was patient in walking me through the report, answering my many questions, and offering practical perspective on where to focus.
